At NINEOTWO, we do our best to guarantee that your pieces arrive in ideal condition. If your piece comes with a defect, please let us know as soon as possible so we can take care of this for you! We stand behind the quality of our pieces and go above and beyond to ensure your jewelry is delivered free of quality defects.

We offer a complimentary one-year warranty for all fine jewelry, including custom pieces. This includes stone replacement (excludes stones larger than 0.20cts). This warranty also includes any quality issues arising from a manufacturing defect, including loose diamonds or prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps, and/or broken soft chains.

Our warranty includes general wear and tear repairs like clasp repair, chain soldering, and re-shaping bands (excludes remakes for misshapen pieces or damages that are beyond repair and require a remake or replacement). For such damages from normal wear and tear, a fee might be determined based on the assessment by our jewelers. Once it has been examined, and if a fee is determined, someone from our team will contact you to collect payment.

Please note that lost or this warranty does not cover stolen pieces. This warranty does not cover resizes or issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, stretched or kinked chains, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Moreover, any work performed on our pieces by anyone other than NINEOTWO will void the warranty.

For issues with your NINEOTWO pieces, contact us for instructions on proceeding with your repair or resizing requests. You are responsible for the shipping costs, safely packaging the item, and mailing it to our location.
