can i modify my order after it has been placed?Updated 2 years ago

Everybody makes mistakes; we get it. Please note that we cannot always guarantee a successful cancellation or change in your order. If you chose the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible via chat or email at [email protected], and we will try to modify your delivery address before it goes out.

If the order has not been prepared for shipment, we will update the items as requested.

If the order is already out for shipment, unfortunately, we will not be able to correct your order. We will then need to start a return process.

If you have a custom order, we can modify it until production starts. Please contact us to see if you are on time.
