i'm missing an item from my orderUpdated 2 years ago

We're so sorry that there's an item missing from your order! Before contacting us, we recommend checking the following:

  1.  Review your order, both from the order confirmation you received and from your account on itsnineotwo.com, to confirm the missing item is included in the order confirmation. If you’ve placed multiple orders, your orders will have different order numbers, meaning different deliveries and no incomplete orders.
  2. You may have placed an order with pre-order and in-stock items. In this case, we have shipped them separately. 
  3. Send us a photo of the package you have received so we can check if there has been any mistake in our logistics center.
